We have had a super busy week! It has been nice out, so we have been busy gardening, weeding, clearing – all the normal pre-spring chores that have to be done before we can get around to the enjoyable work of planting our crops.
I know you’re dying to ask me – and yes, our winter veg crop is doing beautifully! Cauli, broccoli, cabbages, carrots, swede, spinach, lettuce, onions, peas – they have all survived the cold snap and are growing nicely. We’re hoping for a good broccoli crop, as the past 2 seasons have been awful.
We ordered our summer seeds, too, always an exciting time, with memories of great okra, sweet corn, tomatoes, etc still fresh in our minds.
In addition to our outdoor work, we have also set up a new discussion forum on natural skincare. For obvious reasons, we are passionate about natural skincare products, and we believe others might be too. Hence the forum! It is not a “Lujos” commercial site in the least, just for people who are interested in natural products, as well as those who are skeptical and wondering what it’s all about!
So far, there has been some good sharing of problems and advice , and I’m spreading the word here today because all are welcome to join! Check out http://www.naturalskincareforum.org.
