5 nuts

Chestnuts (3 types), almonds, walnuts

50 vegetables

Onions (3 types), garlic, cabbages (2 types), leeks, fennel, lettuce (3 types), broccoli (2 types), broad beans, carrots, swede, parsnips, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, potatoes, peas, beans (2 types), spinach, rocket, radishes, asparagus, squash (3 types), zucchini, pumpkins, tomatoes (6 types), corn (3 types), cucumbers, peppers (3 types), hot peppers (5 types)

The land must be prepared and fenced, the seeds planted, weeded, watered. Harvests must be frozen, cooked, preserved. Excess is given away, or made into our luxury beauty products. More on that later!
